Getting started with your NERA 30K is straightforward. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

• 1. Unbox and Prepare: Remove the device, pods, and refill containers from the packaging. Now, peel off any protective films from the device and remove the silicone plugs from the mouthpiece.
• 2. Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the device using a USB Type-C cable. The interactive screen will show the battery level.
• 3. Assemble the Pod and Container: The kit uses a two-part system. Take a 10ml auto-refill container and firmly press it into the base of its matching 2ml prefilled pod until you hear a click. This creates a sealed unit that automatically keeps the pod filled.
• 4. Insert the Pod into the Device: Take the assembled pod and container unit and insert it into the device. Magnets will pull it securely into place.
